"Soul reality"

Sometimes a person can have an incredible feeling of loneliness.
It's realistic, especially at times when others close to you seem distant for one reason or another. Maybe you've got your feelings bruised by someone who does or doesn't mean squat to you, but proceeds to nail every available opening in your already weak self-esteem.

Who has strong self-esteem anyway? All the time? No one is capable of this incredibly overused idea about *feeling good* about yourself. It just isn't going to happen folks. Truth is many of the people out there in our hustle till you drop world are sucking hind wind when it comes to feeling anything good. This seems to be the real problem.

Common sense tells ya that you need to have goals, dreams, and work hard for what you want while maintaining balance with the rest of the world. When you're feeling somewhat alone in the world, do not fret. Remember the idea of balance. Your mind and body have a great way of telling you matter of fact that your balance is out of whack. When this happens you can control whatever it is that bothers you. Quit thinking about it. Quit beating yourself up coz you said the wrong thing to someone. Remember to be your own best friend when the time comes around and you need one. OK, so what?

Well, it's not always your fault. Feeling neglected or left out may be a result of factors you can't control, mainly, by others whom you care for. Others stumble through the same traps you so miserably avoid. Remember the old cliché - time heels all wounds? In many ways, it is true. We all forget things over time- special things that we conjure up and say and things conjured up by others and said against us. Things said during emotionally driven exchanges at the heat of the moment.

Cool off and chill- it will get better. Someone out there cares about you my friend.
